Born: June 2, 1976

Carsten is the band's hard-hitting drummer who always give himself fully and never compromises on his performance. He started playing drums at an early age and he has over the years evolved a lot. Carsten is known for his energetic and powerful style of play, which fits perfectly to HPDH's repertoire.
Carsten has previously played in Graymalkin, Released and Zolar Plexus but chose in 2006 to focus on HPDH.
His musical role models is Taylor Hawkins (Foo Fighters), Carter Beauford (Dave Matthews Band) and Animal from The Muppet Show.
